Description: Sister Nurses, Chaplain Barrett, and General Secretary Thomas D. Clines outside the building being used for Emergency Hospital No. 1 at Camp Zachary Taylor, in Louisville, Kentucky. The camp was used as a training center for soldiers, and the Sisters served there helping take care of the over 13,000 men who caught Spanish Influenza. This photo is not, as it is incorrectly identified, from the American Civil War.
