Description: A cordial letter sent to Sister Mary Genevieve in Cincinnati, Ohio from Pvt. Edward A Sweeney during World War I. Edward describes his seasickness while traveling to an undisclosed location, however further into the letter he mentions going to Germany. He also tells of his discussions with injured soldiers who wish to rejoin the fighting men.

Sweeney continues his letter by saying a few comforting words about Fr. O’Connor who is stationed in the same camp as Sweeney.
